I have lived in the Elk River area most of my life. My husband, Mark, and I built our home in 1995 and have two great children. Both are young adults now; Nicole (our oldest) and Zach.  I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, kayaking, snowshoeing, four-wheeling, reading, and church activities.

Through my years as a child care provider, I have hundreds of hours of training. I have earned my Child Care Credential as well as a CDA. I am 4-Star Parent-Aware-rated.  I have taken child development courses, classes on kindergarten readiness, current writing styles, sign language, special education, infant care, art, science, and many more. I keep current my SUID, CPR, Abusive Head Trauma, and First Aid trainings.

I am a member of Milestones Food Program, Adults & Children’s Alliance, and the Sherburne County Childcare Association.
